LETTER FROM SKDC ABOUT GRANTHAM HOSPITAL:
SKDC are holding an Extraordinary Meeting of Council on Wednesday 1 July 2020 to discuss the changes that have been agreed for the Grantham Hospital site by United Lincolnshire Hospitals Trust.
Given the importance of the subject and the impact it has on local residents, SKDC are arranging a 1-hour participation session for members of the public to share their views. The session will take place between 1pm and 2pm on Wednesday 1 July.
There will be a limit of 15 slots, each of 3 minutes allocated on a ‘first come, first served’ basis. As spaces are limited, members of the public should be encouraged to pool their issues and nominate a spokesperson to ensure the widest range of views as possible is heard.
Members of the public will be able to book their slot by telephoning 01476 40 64 30 between 9.30am on Monday 29 June 2020 and 2pm on Tuesday 30 June. Members of the public will be notified whether they have successfully booked a slot when they call. They will be provided with joining instructions for the session and they will also be invited to a test session at 10am on the morning of 1 July 2020, to make sure that they can access the meeting and be heard.

Now you'll know the Flag Days at Stubton!
Two plaques are attached to the flagpole. One commemorates when it was erected in 2000, for the New Millenium; the other informs visitors and residents of the reason for a particular flag flying on that day.
The photos above were captured on Commonwealth Day, 14th March 2016 (celebrated annually on the second Monday in March), and the commemorative plaque photo was taken on 5th February 2020.
